Which cities and locations do you operate in?

Rationlelo currently operates in Delhi/NCR .

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. There are no delivery charges , however the orders are delivered as per schedule that you have indicated while checking out .

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

We try to make sure our inventory is always updated. In case an item you ordered is unavailable, it is endeavoured to get you equivalent item or to deliver it the next day in case you still need the same

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your order in the cart before check out. In case you want to change something in the order after it has been placed, you can write to us at care@bestlelo.com or simply call us at 011/XXXXXXXX between 11AM and 4PM.

There is no delivery charge irrespective of yr order value .

What if I don’t receive my order in slotted delivery ?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order. We will work with you

Rationlelo provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

What If I want to return something?

We understand the value of your every purchase. In case you are not satisfied with the delivered product, just can return it or ask for the replacement without any penalty.It gets either replaced or taken back in yr next order
